Hey! I had plenty of fun with the free version of the editor and I now that I have my money I decided to buy it. But I have a question to ask, I placed my order and now it has the “processing” status and it’s in this stage for a while now. It may be just me being used to instant checkouts when it comes to digital products but I wanted to check if it’s normal or not. (I used a visa card to pay and the order has the processing status for almost an hour)

@Hiroi since all orders are processed manually, it may take a few hours. Especially given that it is early in the morning in Taiwan (and also Chinese New Year, which means that most people are back home), they’ll try to get it done as soon as they can.
