I purchased a digital version Chiyu from Quadimension’s taobao. Taobao says that the product has shipped but I did not receive it. Quadimension does not allow customer service inquiries. Currently I have sent a refund request with the instruction to either send me Chiyu or refund my purchase. I would ideally like to not have to be refunded and purchase again because I needed help in order to purchase from taobao and the person who helped me is already distrustful of the site.

I have faced the same situation as you,but I asked the Quadimension’s customer service on taobao,and then I received an e-mail which gave me information about my purchase.
I could not find customer service. Taobao told me it was not accepting inquiries on the product.
