I can’t get Eleanor Forte to sing ‘wine’ as in ‘a glass of wine’. I input the phoneme /w ay n/ but the output is /w iy n/. Overall though - she seems like a great vocaloid.
Not sure if bug or feature.

Bug confirmed. For the time being, please use .w ay m as a replacement.
