Downloaded and registered SynthesizerV
Downloaded Eleanor and extracted to the database and registration dirs in Synth-V
When trying to register the voice bank with the registration for that voice bank I get a “Registration code 1 - other server failure”
I tried with both firefox and chrome – though I am copying from gmail.

NEVERMIND Requested a new registration and it seemed to succeed
