My antivirus sees a virus in SynthV Trial. What's it?

Hello, and I would like to apologize in advance for my not-so-good English. But still, I decided to ask for advice. My standard Windows antivirus sees in the installation file a trial version of SynthV Virus Trojan: Win32/Spursint.F!cl
Could you give me an answer, what does that mean?!

Problem Downloading

Windows defender is pretty strict when it comes to “unknown publisher” files that want to change the registry and flags anything fitting that description as a Trojan. You can tell it to allow the file after it detects it, also try running the exe with admin privileges.
