Is it known yet where Chiyu and other Medium⁵ voices will be available for purchase outside of China? I don’t mind using Taobao if absolutely necessary but would definitely prefer a service with English interface. Will Animen carry them?

Has anyone been able to purchase the new VB. Taobao seems to not want to let me in when it redirects me to alipay, and i cant find a taobao agent that will purchase “virtual products” for me.
I was hoping this would be easier…
