Hi I am a bit new at installing non debian programs. I am currently using an Acer chromebook 14 with debian linux running on top of chrome os. Im wondering if it is possible to install synthV on debian linux. I have tried running synthV with Wine but it was not the most stable experience. Any ideas will be of great help
Welcome ^^… You’ll find somewhat of a thread here, and a somewhat answer.
A debian Buster Distro user had problems finding Lib curl packages, I hope that is not the case with Debian.

Can you tell me if it is a full Debian installation sideloaded onto the Chromebook? Or is it a Crouton installation? The reason I ask is because you might be missing some more dependencies if it is Crouton.
I’ve an old Chromebook kicking about. I’ll try and get it going when I get home.
If you can also let me know which version of the Acer Chromebook 14 you have, I can try and spin up a VM to try and match it n see if we can figure it out
