Strange behavior while moving the main window/窗口无法正常移动

Well, it’s not affecting the normal usage and I’m OK if it won’t be fixed… :joy:

Steps:

  1. Go to Windows Settings -> System -> Display and set “Scale and Layout” to 150%.
  2. Launch Synthesizer V Editor.
  3. Drag the window by title bar to move it around.

Expected:
The window should moving with the mouse.

Actual:
The window is hard to be moved around with the mouse. Please refer to the video clip below for details:

Environment:
OS: Windows 10 x64 RS5 1809
Build: 015

Additional Info:
This issue does not occur on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS. (Maybe the implementation of scaling is different from Windows?)

呃就是Windows系统设置中设置自定义缩放不是100%时，移动SynthV主窗口会遇到麻烦。（抱歉我懒得把上面整段翻译一遍了…… :sweat_smile:）
