Time signature markers can't be created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 7/8 time signature marker
2. Then create 7/4
3. Try to create another one after them - it can’t be created anymore

Bug unconfirmed running a Linux version. I double clicked on the lines, and everything worked, made four time signatures.

Try adding another signature after the 4/4 here
