At the MIDI INPUT DEVICE column it is showing my midi keyboard, however when i clicked it, it goes back to disable straight away. does anyone has the same problem?

Some MIDI controllers only allow one program to use them at a time. This means if SynthV and your DAW are open at the same time, the DAW might take control back from SynthV.
If you’re using SynthV Studio as a plugin, you do not need to select the MIDI controller in the settings. The MIDI input from the DAW will work. You only need to select a MIDI controller in the plugin if it is different from the one used for your DAW.
If you’re using it as a standalone software, try closing other programs that might be claiming the MIDI controller.
