My first song with Saros

Wow! That’s really good work. Well done. Will have another look at Saros.
How was it made? Which tools and sounds did you use? How did you compose/improvise the melody and the other melodic lines? Just curious.

Thank you.
I used Logic Pro as the DAW and a couple of sampled instruments, drums mainly but in the main most of the sounds come from Logic’s internal array of instruments. The melody came with the song when I wrote it, a while ago now. I was always looking for the most appropriate voice and Saros come along.
The good thing, the best thing I suppose, is when working with these voices you can experiment with the lines. And the immediacy of this is phenomenal. Especially when they sound right for the genre. Saros is a great voice to work with as is Solaria.

A lot of thought has gone into the songwriting and into the arrangement, that’s obvious – from the metaphorical lyrics to the initial ‘sonar’ beeps and the laidback but insistent drum loop to the gradual development of the backing and then back to the original motif at the ending. And Saros really shines here!

Very enjoyable song – and not too long, either! Bravo!
