VST and Cubase 11

Is there a VST plug-in for Synthesizer V and does it work with Cubase 11 ? (64-bit)

If so, does the VST plug-in come with the free standard edition?

I downloaded and installed Synthesizer V and the Eleanor lite vocal pack, but I could not find a VST

I’m new to this, so any help appreciated.

You need to buy the Pro version for VST support.
After that you can open Synth V as VST but the interconnection between DAW and Synth V is somewhat limited. Tempo changes and meter changes does not reflect on the Synth V side.
