ERROR "Registration code 1 - other failure" upon Synth V Editor Registration

Hello! I installed Synth V Editor (not Studio) on a new PC, and for some reason my registration code from Animen does not work anymore, even though at most it should have been registered to only 2 devices (out of the 3 maximum). Is there a way I can get around this? I purchased the license last year, and I still have the email, if it helps. Thank you in advance.

(Also it seems I also cannot generate a new registration code for Eleanor Forte for the Editor, the site seems to have issues)

You can contact after-sales support at the website where you bought it, and they can mention the activation reset service.

Thank you, this did the trick! Still no luck on the Eleanor Forte registration code though, haha.
