As Lin_PR said (and patiently reminded me multiple times on the thread he provided), the use of the voice is free.
If use you choose to use the image of the Eleanor Forte character - with or without the voice - you activate the commercial use clause.
So long as you use only the voice - independent of which version of SynthesizerV you are using, you have full rights and ownership of the audio.
