hello, im a decently experienced synthv user and i have eleanor and renri. on the official synthv website where you install those voicebanks, i clicked the download on windows option for genbu since im making a cendrillon cover. but no matter what i do, the website to get his setup doesnt load. ive went on 2 different devices to try and get it to work but no luck. no matter how many times i use a different browser or clear stuff nothing works. and whenever it does end up loading, it just crashes and i cant get back on. any help?
