Transfer Saki AI to another computer?

Hello, I downladed Saki AI while the campaign was still ongoing, where you got her for free if you had already bought the original Saki voicebank. Now I have a new computer, and I need to activate Saki AI, but my old activation code doesn’t work.

Help? Is there a way to fix this?

Did you deactivate the voicebank on your previous computer?

If that ends up not being the issue, I’d imagine you might need to reach AHS’ customer service?
