The electric piano and the vocal are both in the same range, which makes the vocal a bit hard to hear.
You might consider applying ducking to the electric piano - that is, automatically turning down the volume when there’s a vocal. This way, you get the best of both worlds - the piano is at full volume, but the vocals still come through clearly.
If your DAW doesn’t support it - and even if it does - you might want to look at Trackspacer, which does this automatically. The nice thing about Trackspacer is that it only applies ducking to the frequencies that need it.
That means that it helps avoid the “pumping” effect that you can get when lowering the volume of the instrument.
