Eleanor AI to new computer

I have a new computer and I can’t get Eleanor AI to activate on it even though I have deactivated on the old one. How do i get her to work with my new computer?

It sounds like you already went through the proper process of deactivating first… you may need to contact Animen support: [email protected]

Thanks for the response. It looks like somehow I managed to use the wrong serial code, eventhough it was inthe right format (it had all ticks). It works now, thanks.
