Download the file (save as shift.lua), in SythV Studio (need Pro version) in Main menu / Scripts click Open scripts folder. Go into Scripts. Path should be like this on Windows
C:\Users\<user_name)>\Documents\Dreamtonics\Synthesizer V Studio\scripts\
and copy the file into this dir.
Then in the Menu / Scripts / Rescan

Strange, can you open the file in editor (notepad) and look at line 7? I don’t see any symbol < nearby
Did you select any notes before running the script? If not - try to.
And what OS you both have? Is it in the VST?
When I open up that script in a code editor it shows a lot of code but not your LUA…

This is probably something with linking in this forum.
When I clicked the link in GITHUB ( after clicking “done” ) I got a very strange file with loads and loads of SHAE encryption references and even a BIG data-blob. Needless to say that makes me very nervous. Since it could be used as an attack venue. That file is now in quarantine until I can pick it apart. I copied your LUA script from the Github page and saved it as a LUA script. That works!

Hi, some positive feedback : It works great. I just tested with up to 60 notes with up tp 6 parameters and was able to shift them 3, 4 and 12 bars without as much as a hickup. So : That is great work hataori! Some feedback on the interface : works well, from a UI perspective as a dev myself I would prefer to use one medium ( so : select a number of bars, quarters from a popup and click ok without having to go to the keys) but I don’t know if the API inside Studio Pro frees that up fro scripting. Anyway : COOL STUFF !!
