Why does Synthesizer V play the wrong note even if MIDI was placed correctly? Here’s a video showing the problem:

I made sure that the note of the MIDI is correct, but it does this weird rising thing. I even experienced it doing noises that sounds coming from radio:

The song is Stay Alive by Rie Takahashi, from Re:Zero. This only happened in this song, since I already did around 2-3 cover songs from the software.
I’m assuming this could be a rendering issue, but I’m not really sure yet.
