Piano roll scrolls/pans itself in the direction of ui clicks

Basically, whenever I click anywhere in the ui the piano roll scrolls itself in the direction where I clicked even though the mouse cursor wasn’t on the piano roll and sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn’t, usually when I’m using my tablet pen instead of mouse. I have the basic version
