How do I redownload a voicebank

I downloaded Kevin a while ago, I recently had to wipe my PC and reinstalled Windows.
I went to redownload, and my account shows “No downloads available yet”. Even though I can see the bundle order placed on 2022-03-27

Where are you downloading from? Could you check your email and find the link where you bought it from?
