DAW - Synth V - playback cursor

is there a way to make the playback cursor in both the DAW and Synth V to behave same way?

When i set up the playback cursor somewhere in my DAW…synth V follows that

but when i set it within Synth V…it only applies within Synth V

ditto - I think this was available with a previous version - it would help the workflow a great deal

I believe the DAW is responsible for the location of the playhead, not the plugin. That is to say, control over the playhead is not bidirectional between the two.

Since the Vocaloid 5 VSTi also behaves the same I suspect this is not something that can be fixed by Dreamtonics.

In FL Studio, even Newtone (one of image-line’s own plugins made specifically for the DAW) behaves this way when the plugin playhead is linked to the host’s.
