Tracks are clipped above 0 dBFS even when exporting as 24 or 32 bit

The title says it all: Apparently the internal wave forms are at 16 Bit, because they are clipped above 0 dBFS during export, no matter how high the bit resolution.

I think this bug has always been there, but I am on Synth-V Pro v1.8.0 right now.

Do you have the loudness up on the vocal style?

As was mentioned, the fix is to reduce the loudness/master volume sliders in SynthV.

Thanks, guys!

Yes, I know that turning down the volume will work around the issue, but that’s exactly the point - when tracks are exported at 24 or 32 bit resolution, there must be no clipping, not matter how much I crank the volume. Synth-V effectively exports at 16 bit resolution and just pads the words with 0 bits instead of calculating the audio at 24 or 32 bit internally, which results in the clipping issue. Defnitely a bug.

Merry Christmas, everybody! m
