Importing Midi -- notes greyed out

Hi,

I’m sorry for such a basic question – I’ve read the manual but can’t work this out.

I’m using standalone Synth V for the moment. When I drag a simple midi track in, it appears to load correctly, but the notes are greyed out and do not play. I can draw new notes on this track and those new notes play as normal. It’s only the imported midi notes that don’t play and are grey.

Any ideas?

This likely means the notes are overlapping. You can check this thread for more info:

I hadn’t noticed that there was a tiny overlap. Now works as expected.
