I accidentally de-activated my software and can’t find my activation code for the life of me.
I don’t want to re-purchase the program, how can I get my code back?
Both VOLOR (Anicute) and Dreamtonics haven’t responded to my e-mail(s), and I’m getting desperate.

If you’ve deleted your order confirmation emails and not stored the activation codes in a safe place, there is no way to recover them unless the customer support staff are willing to do so by email ([email protected] or [email protected]).
The only exception to this is with purchases from AHS which have an option to re-send your order confirmation email via Cleverbridge.
I just sent a second e-mail with my purchase information from both the Anicute website itself and paypal so I’m really hoping they respond as I’ve been trying for close to three weeks now 
I don’t remember deleting the e-mail but there were some problems with the e-mail program itself which might be why it’s lost now…
