Hello, I had an issue with my computer and was forced to factory reset it. When I re-downloaded Synthesizer V and tried to install it, I received a message that says “This activation code is being used on another device” I was not aware that I needed to deauthorize byproduct before the factory reset.
I am wondering what to do at this point, in order to get my product working again.
The first thing is to verify you are using the correct code. There are some situations where entering a valid code for a different SynthV product will allow you to click the “OK” button and you will get an error message like that.
