Problems contacting Anicute.

I’m sorry if this is not the place to be posting about this, but I’m at my wits end.
A few weeks ago I lost my activation code despite marking the e-mail to not be deleted.
I deactivated the program so I could install it on a new PC I got, but I can’t because the code has vanished.

I’ve been contacting Anicute (where I purchased SynthV) ever since but have not gotten into contact.
I thought it was because my e-mails were too vague, so I send another with all my purchase information in hopes they would finally send me my code.
Well, you’re reading this now, so no, they still have not responded to ANY of my e-mails.

It really sucks because I saved up a little to purchase Kasane Teto AI but it’s looking like I have to purchase SynthV again.
Is anyone else having problems like this?

This is unfortunately common for them. They’ll likely get back to you eventually, but it will take a while. Based on past patterns they seem to only check emails once a month at most.

They finally got back to me, it does seem like they only check their e-mail every so often :frowning:

All is well that ends well?
I have been thinking of buying from them and it is both off-putting that they are so slow :cowboy_hat_face: and comforting that they do eventually reply :ok_hand:
