I agree that Nine Zero is definitely not of good quality. It’s not particularly useful, so I just keep it. :joy:
I would like to get rid of the excessively forced pronunciation and vocalization end treatment of Nine Zero. Please allow that kind of vocalization to be selected or adjusted as an option.

This is normal for software products, and has nothing to do with the company being Japanese.

Of course it would be better if refunds were possible, but as-is the only thing to do is contact [email protected] and hope they can make an exception for you.

where can I find the disclaimer stating that the download version cannot be returned or exchanged?
