When Synth V 1.9.0 is a plugin, is the script only available in the Synth V mini-menu?

I have Cubase 12.0.60 and Synth V 1.9.0.
When Synth V 1.9.0 is a plugin, is the script only available in the Synth V mini-menu?
Some shortcut keys work, some don’t. (Of course the keys do not conflict with Cubase.)
