Happens no matter which voice I use. After I import MIDI, this happens. Like the singer is going through puberty or something.

It is difficult to see from your screenshot but, is it possible that the imported notes are out of the voicebank’s natural range? Have you tried moving the notes down an octave to see if things improve?
Also you say it’s only after MIDI import, if you select all the notes then move them slightly, then move them back to re-generate the pitches, does that result in a more “normal” pitch pattern?
Additionally, is there anything in the Pitch Deviation parameter, or is this just Sing mode on its own?
Tried both. No dice.
They are well within the range, also.
