Ordered & Paid for Product - Not Received


Last week, I placed an order for a bundle consisting of: Synthesizer V Studio Pro + Any Voice Database ( selected Kevin Voice Database) Paid by credit card, total $151.20.

I received a receipt for the transaction, but when I looked at my recent order page, the order status was “cancelled”. However, the payment was accepted on Dreamtonics end after clearing my bank.

To further complicate matters, the number on the order page is listed as: Order #14916, but the e-mail receipt showed DREAM230812-3077-42165.

I’ve contacted support three times with no response. I currently have no software and my bank account is short by $151.20. Anyone run into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there somebody other than support I would need to contact? Thanks.
