So my laptop has recently broken and I got a new one. I have purchased the full version of SynthV, but I have lost the original email that I got from anicute. I’ve tried emailing them but I still haven’t gotten a response and I’m not sure what to do.

I’m not a mod and I unfortunately can’t help solve your problem, but regarding the serial numbers for any vocal synthesizers (such as Vocaloid, CeVIO, etc) always back up your serial in multiple locations (external hard drive, flash drive, printed document, something like that).
From what I’ve heard, a lot of companies don’t help with a problem like this, I wish they had more modern serial number management where you could log in to an account and activate/deactivate. I hope you get a reply from Anicute soon.
My only other advice would be to try to check again for the email using the search function for keywords (Anicute, the name of the character you bought, Synthesizer V).
