i just bought a lisence for Synth V as a gift, and after the payment going through and the digital product being “shipped”, i got the email with the download and the reg key (the very large block of random numbers and letters). but when i copy and paste that into the place where the key goes, i get the error “registration code 1 - other failure” in the Authentication window. what am i doing wrong? am i possibly entering the wrong thing?
EDIT: this actually got solved very suddenly, for a very weird but dumb mistake!! my email with the code was in gmail and it seems google translate tried to translate it automatically (built into Chrome browser) and messed up the code! didnt even notice it. a funny issue but definitely wasnt obvious to me at first.
