There was something wrong with my PC and I did a clean install of Windows 10, but I forgot to deactivate Synthesizer V Studio Pro.
I am having trouble reactivating it.
Do I need to purchase Pro Editor again?
You should have the ability to install three times with the licence you have, assuming this is the first time you have ‘lost’ a licence instance you still have two more.
If you contact the store you purchased it from they may return the lost instance as well.
Presumably, there are voicebank licences also in the same position? Remember each voice and SynthV program each have different licences to reinstall, I assume you are using the correct licence code for each product?
