I am testing a demo version of Cubase 13 pro and have found out that I cannot edit the lyrics in Synthesizer V Studio Pro. Is this a bug or a Cubase problem?
Are you in pitch editing mode instead of note edit mode?
I also use Cubase 13 pro and I have no problems with it. Maybe you could describe the situation in more detail, preferably with a screenshot or video.
Do you use Mac or Windows?
I got it to work but I had to make sure that edit in place was activated for the instrument.

That’s strange. What function does the Cubase in-place editor have at this point?
There is nothing to do on the Cubase track, it can remain completely empty.
All notes, lyrics, etc. can only be entered or edited in the Synth V window.
I had this in logic pro, I’ll take a look at what I had to change in my settings, I’ll tell you as soon ASAP
