This is great! It’s quite brave to make the vocals so exposed as it tends to show up any weirdness, but you’ve done a nice job making it sound natural, especially keeping it sounding soft as I find Solaria easily gets too strident. Good use of breath sounds too.
I’m not sure what phonemes you’re using for your “oohs” (around the 1:45 mark), but they sometimes sound more like foo/boo/hoo than ooh; I don’t know what to make of that!

Well done. The little runs/passing notes/grace notes really add to the vocal. Fits fine in the mix.
