[SOLVED] SynthV Gen1 Voicebank License

Has anyone been able to contact Dreamtonics about renewing licenses for the gen1 voicebanks? (Renri in particular)
It’s been months with the “experiencing issues” message and every time I click the “Contact” button on the website it just redirects me to a blank page.

It seems that the first generation of free sound library is no longer intended to maintain, you only need to open each time wait 10 seconds can continue to use, no other impact.
