Well, the viol de gamba and harpischord are obviously baroque.
But the violin and transverse flute…? Not so much.
And while I always thought that the bass viol was derived from the viol family, Wikipedia tells me it’s bassically (see what I did there? 
) a large violin.
I was tempted to let it slide when I saw the bow, but your modern grip convinced me otherwise. 
Not to bury the lede… Fun song!

Bass is a weird one…but ahem…those ARE gut strings
