Synthesizer V Pro Activiting problems

I bought SV Pro from DLSite.
Recently I reinstalled Windows and try to activate SV Pro with 2nd key again.
But the 2nd key is just 15 digits while SV Pro need 25 lengths key to activate.
And the 3rd key is told invalid.

There is only one product code per purchase. The other code is likely a support code or something similar.

so what should i do when i reinstalled Windows and lost the activition(?

First try activating with the product code (the same one you used the first time).

If that does not work then contact Dreamtonics support.
