Purchases from Dreamtonic - is this usual?

Hi. I purchased the Mo Chen voice bank direct from Dreamtonics yesterday (got the confirmation email instantly, but still haven’t received the voice bank - it’s been about 19 hours).

I believe they’re a small company so I don’t want to hassle them unnecessarily.

Is this delay normal? Should I sit tight, or chase it up now? Obviously I’m keen to have a play with it this weekend, :slight_smile: Thoughts?

My dreamtonics purchases were always delivered within an hour. But other sellers usually took up to 24 hours to deliver the key / download.

It doesn’t hurt to send them a message in any case, if you’re worried about it.
