Months ago, the worst lag I’ve ever got is the render causing the lag and using CPU. Tuning is pretty much untunable due to how bad the lag is, so my workaround was to reduce threads and render speed and replace it with higher quality for export.
But now since the 1.7.0 update, even if I’m not using the dynamics retake feature (setting expression to 0), SynthV uses too much CPU despite my computer having enough ram to handle it and being the only application running, causing even worse lag. Recently, it crashes so much and it has been unresponsive indefinitely.
And it’s a SynthV thing for me. It’s probably not my computer since my DAW, Vocaloid Editor, and other high CPU applications work perfectly fine. Help?
