I need to speak to DLsite about a code reset but I don’t know what their email address is for ENG support. Does anyone know it because I can’t find it anywhere.
DLsite is just a storefront used by AHS, so they can’t help with product codes. You would have to contact the seller (AHS) directly, or send an email to Dreamtonics at [email protected].
Ok so the problem is that AH-S accidentally disabled it and they can’t do anything about it and told me to go to DLsite and I couldn’t so I went to Dreamtonics, they said they couldn’t do anything so I’m currently a bit confused.
