Sorry for the Luddite question, but is there a simple way to print the unofficial manual? I know it’s updated regularly and it would be out of date the minute it’s printed, but I’ll be off the grid for a few days and I’d like to study it.

Do note that it’s quite long, and of course is lacking any video examples due to the file format. I’d recommend only printing the sections you think you’ll need regularly or on short notice, or at least omit the pages beyond 128 as they’re more like appendices than actual content.
